Arizona Climber Killed in Bee Attack

Steven Johnson, a climber from Tucson, Arizona is dead. He was found hanging from a cliff on Mount Hopkins in the Santa Rita Mountains in southern Arizona in his full climbing gear.

A medical examiner said Johnson was covered with hundreds of bee stings. It appears that died from the venom.

After Steven Johnson didn't show up at work, a search was initiated via social media by friends who were worried.

Searchers later found Johnson, an experienced hiker and rock-climber dead along with his dog which was also killed by the bee swarm.
